Food was delivered quickly, piping hot and was delicious

Food was very dry and a bit tasteless. There wasn't enough sauce in the chickpea poor and the kebab meat and chips came with no sauce or salad. Such a shame as there was plenty of food.

Food cold and found weird item in chips not all items there what asked for and paid will not return

Great food. Little later than it said but it was such a busy valentines night. They are always nice on delivery and the food is great. They also read your notes and do what you ask of them. Really good restaurant

Order arrived late, tin of juice missing from order. Delivery driver told me he'd nip down and get it and asked me to phone shop and tell them. I phoned shop and they said they would send it up. Had to phone shop again two hours later as it still didn't arrive. Had to buy juice from another shop to have with my dinner and at this time it has still not arrived. I gave delivery driver a good tip when paying for meal so not happy that I've been treated this way and also when I phoned shop there was no apology. I will not use this shop again as very unhappy with the way I've been treated as a customer over a tin of juice and ridiculous that after two and a half hours later and now two phone calls to shop and paying a good tip, it has still not been delivered. Very poor customer service and they have now lost a customer through this. I normally order by going into shop but won't be going back there.

No salad with one meal and no kebab sauce that was ordered separately for the kebab food had to be reheated . Normally good service but not this time .

We ordered a meal deal C. The chicken tikla masala was very bland & not the way it usually is. I understand there can never different chefs, but it really wasn't very good. The pakora was not as it has been in tbe past too. We have ordered here for over 10 years & the quality & service has definitely dipped quite dramatically & has done over past few orders. It's a shame as we genuinely loved going here. I think we will unfortunately be going else where now in Larkhall. I wouldn't usually submit a poor review, but it was definitely warranted this time. My husband was so looking forward to his curry & was very disappointed.

Great food as always, we did order a spicy chicken 10 inch pizza but only got a 10 inch cheese pizza.

The butter chicken had next to no taste. It was like modified/water downed Korma with some red colouring. I ordered online and did not receive the 15% discount. They said discount depended on the day; I ordered on Thursady at 6.30PM, this was within the 4pm to 12AM Sunday to Thursday discount window. Too many choices available to be bothered with Orginal India again

Pizza had not enough topping and on average had only 1 piece of topping per slice.

Great food delicious, great staff friendly and fair prices, munch boxes are amazing.

Ordered a 12 inch munch box, paid £3 extra for all chicken pakora but they still sent vegetable and mushroom pakora, kebab meat was very dry and hard. There was 2 tiny pieces of chicken chaat and I ordered sprite and they sent Fanta. Usually top notch food but was very disappointed today 😕

2 hours waiting on a Wednesday night, with no information or communication to explain any delays

Meal said collect by 19.40 but was not ready until almost 8pm

Currently 2hours and 20mins and still no delivery, tried calling always engaged.

Ordered on line dont have any problems doing this with other eateries large kebab seemed small but its par for the course these days Continuosly feel ripped off Also ordered sauce seperate as sometimes needs reheated but came slathered in sauce also there were picescof meat looked like crumbs they were so small Thank god we have plenty choice of other establishments as this one is a definite no no for me

Mixed grill was lovely. Large Rogan Josh was nice but could have done with couple of bits more chicken as not much chicken in meal especially when it was a large chicken Rogan Josh ordered.

Delivery driver needs to read my signs on door I am disabled so takes me a wee bit to answer door he chapped first so a got up to answer door so nearly at front door he chaps read signs on door please
